Plain answers, no legalese
Acceptable Use
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This page is short on purpose. The Terms cover the legal deal. This page covers something simpler: what these tools are for, what they are not for, and the one thing I want you to know before you lean on anything they suggest.
Please don't use what this makes to decide something big
The tools here help you show a child what is coming next. A schedule, a first-then card, a choice board, a story about a hard morning. That is the job.
They are not built to help decide anything consequential about a person, and I'm asking you not to use them that way. If a decision about someone's education, medical care, job, housing, money, insurance, or legal rights is in front of you, nothing this site produces should be part of how that decision gets made. Not the picture it picked, not the wording it suggested, not the steps it laid out.
That line matters more than it might sound. A visual schedule is a kindness. The same words pasted into a file that follows a child around are something else entirely.
It is not a professional, and it does not stand in for one
Nothing here is medical, clinical, behavioral, therapeutic, educational, or legal advice, and nothing here is equivalent to advice from a licensed professional. It is not a therapist, a doctor, a teacher, a case manager, or a lawyer, and it should never be described to anyone else as though it were.
If you are a teacher, therapist, or clinician using these tools with the families you serve, that's genuinely wonderful and exactly what I hoped for. Please keep your own professional judgment in front of anything a tool suggests, and don't hand a printout to a family as though the site had assessed their child. It hasn't. It can't. It doesn't know them.
I make no claims about how accurate it is
I am not going to tell you these tools are accurate, reliable, or right for your child, because I have no honest way to promise you that. Some of what you see is chosen by an AI service, and AI gets things wrong, misses context, and sometimes picks a picture that is close to your words but wrong for your situation.
So please read everything before you use it. You are the one who knows your child. The final card is yours, and it should be, and you should feel free to change any part of it that doesn't fit.
Some suggestions are AI-assisted, and you're always the last step
To match pictures to what you type and to suggest steps, the tools send your text to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude). That is disclosed here, in the Terms, in the Privacy page, and in the footer of every page, because you should never have to wonder whether you're talking to a person.
Nothing here runs on its own. Nothing gets sent anywhere or acted on without you. Every tool ends with a card on your screen that you read, edit, and choose to print or share, or choose not to.
What you're very welcome to do
Use it for your own family, for as long as you like, for free. Use it in your classroom, your clinic, your respite program, your church nursery. Print as many copies as you need. Hand them to a substitute teacher, a grandparent, a babysitter, a nurse.
Share the site with anyone you think it would help. Share a link or a printed page you made. Translate a page for a family who needs it in another language. None of that needs my permission and none of it costs anything.
What I'm asking you not to do
Please don't present anything the site produces as professional advice, as an assessment, or as coming from someone qualified to give it.
Please don't use it to make content intended to frighten, shame, punish, or coerce a child. These are supports. A visual schedule that a child cannot read yet can still teach them how the adults around them feel about them.
Please don't run automated traffic against the site, try to overload it, or use it in a way that makes it slower or unavailable for a parent who needs it tonight. It runs on a small budget that comes out of my pocket.
Please don't repackage it and sell it as your own product. Printing, sharing, and using the output freely is the whole point. Reselling the tools themselves is not.
These tools are set up by a grown-up
Everything here is designed for a parent, teacher, or clinician to set up and then show or hand to a child. That's why nothing asks for a name, an age, or a login: there is no account to make and no profile to fill in.
Because the site collects nothing about who is using it, I have no way to know a child's age, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. If a child is using a tool directly, please have an adult set it up and stay nearby.
If something here goes wrong, please tell me
If a tool suggests something that is wrong, unsafe, hurtful, or just strange, I want to hear about it. That feedback is genuinely how this gets better.
One honest catch: because nothing you type is stored, I can't look up what happened. There is no log for me to open. So when you write, please tell me what you typed and what came back, in your own words, and I'll be able to work from that.
This page can change
I may update this page as the tools change or as I learn something. The date at the top says when it last moved. If you keep using the site, the current version is the one that applies.
