A big ballpark with free sensory bags at the Guest Experience Centers, and staff who can help find a quieter seat. There's no re-entry during games, so the breaks happen inside.
“Sensory bags are available for guests to check out at no cost from the Guest Experience Centers located at Sections 127 and 330. Each sensory bag includes noise-reducing headphones, fidget tools, and visual cue cards.”
“Staff at these locations can also assist with finding a quieter seating area if a low-stimulation space is needed. Guests may bring personal sensory items, including their own noise-canceling headphones.”
The Rockies don't list a sensory room, so the sensory bag and a quieter seat are the supports to plan around. The Guest Experience Center behind Section 127 on the main concourse is open from the time the gates open until 15 minutes after the game.
There's no re-entry during games. Plan breaks inside: a walk on the concourse, a snack, the family restroom.
The Rockies ask fans to wait for a break in the action, between batters or innings, before walking back to their seats. Seats near an aisle make quick breaks easier.

No re-entry: “During games, Guests are not permitted to leave the ballpark and return.”
Bags must be soft-sided and single-pocket, 16 by 16 by 8 inches or smaller; no backpacks. Food from home, plastic bottles and baby bottles are allowed; glass bottles and cans are not.

Kids 2 and under can sit on a grown-up's lap without a ticket; from their third birthday they need one.
Refill water at Sections 116, 131, 226, 238 and 318. Buckaroos, a stand with kid-size food, is at Section 149.
Two playgrounds: one on the main concourse behind Section 147 (a grown-up stays and watches), and Dinger's Playground below the Rockpile for kids 42 inches and under, which opens 30 minutes after the game starts (or when the gates open, if no private event is booked).
There's a good chance of meeting Dinger, the Rockies' purple dinosaur mascot. Saying hi is up to your kid.
Strollers that fold to fit under a seat are allowed; larger ones can be claim-checked at the gates. Strollers and mobility devices can't be left unattended, even at the top of a section.
First aid is behind Section 133 and opens two hours before every game. A second station behind Section 330 opens at select games.
If a child gets lost, staff bring them to the Guest Experience Center at Section 127. The Rockies suggest putting your tickets in your kid's pocket.
Family and all-gender restrooms are at Sections 124, 135, 149, 222, 311 and 339.
Announcements are captioned on the screens on both sides of the Rockpile and in the MLB Ballpark app.
During a game, call the Guest Assistance Line at 1-877-769-3267 or text SECURITY to 97475.
Light rail: Union Station is the most convenient stop. The official parking lot is at Park Avenue West and Wazee Street, and the Rockies suggest arriving at least 45 minutes early.
In bad weather, staff may ask everyone to leave the seats for stairwells, restrooms or other covered areas. In a rain delay, the umpires wait at least 30 minutes before calling the game.
