Getting ready for the Greeley Festival of Trees.

A holiday walk-through of decorated Christmas trees in the lobby of Greeley's Union Colony Civic Center, open on set days from Nov 21 to Dec 5, 2026. Kids can write letters to Santa, do a scavenger hunt among the trees and make crafts.

Know before you go. The Festival of Trees doesn't list sensory hours or a quiet room. Here's what the city says about the hours, the busy nights and the building rules.

More ways to get ready for the Festival of Trees

What to expect

Pick one of the public days and buy tickets online or at the box office. You may get a bag check at the door. Inside, local groups have decorated trees in the lobby. Kids can write a letter to Santa, look for things on a tree scavenger hunt and make a holiday craft. Santa visits only on the first weekend. Once you're inside, you can't leave and come back in. Change anything.

Common questions

What if my child won't look at the schedule or story?

That is common at first. Leave it where the moment happens, point to one picture at a time, and keep it low-pressure. Many kids warm up to it after a few calm tries, in their own time.

Can I make this in Spanish?

Do I need an account?

No. There is no signup, and we don’t keep what you type; anything you save stays on your device. Make it, print it, done.
