  • The Sensory Room is near Pepsi® Orange Streak, one of the louder rides. Ask park Guest Services to point you to the door when you arrive.
  • The ride guide rates light and sound for all 29 rides. Pick two or three low ones together before you go, and keep one as a backup.
  • You're welcome to bring your own headphones, fidgets or comfort items.

  • Rides need an Unlimited Ride Wristband (from $41.99 plus tax) or points (from $4.25 plus tax). Buying tickets online before you go saves a line.
  • You can enter and leave the park at four spots: North, East, West and South.
  • Parking is free in the ramps and surface lots. The West Ramp and the North Lot are closest to the park. Levels 1 and 4 of each ramp have the most accessible spots and the most direct step-free way in; blue lights over a row mean accessible spaces are open.
  • Mall Guest Services desks are at the East, North and West entrances on level one. Strollers and wheelchairs rent there ($12 a day each; strollers need a refundable $25 deposit, and car seats don't fit them). All-day lockers come in several sizes.
  • Some rides have flashing lights or strobe effects, and costumed characters sometimes walk through the park.
  • Lost someone? Tell the nearest mall worker or security officer, or call Security at 952-883-8888. For first aid, go to Guest Services.
