Sensory help, in the aquarium's words
“SEA LIFE at Mall of America is Certified by KultureCity® as a Sensory Inclusive Venue.”
“SEA LIFE Staff are trained on Sensory Inclusive initiatives to better serve our visitors.”
- Sensory bags have a KCVIP badge, a feeling thermometer, fidget tools and noise-canceling headphones. Ask at the SEA LIFE Guest Service Desk.
- The aquarium names no quiet room, so plan your break in a calm corner of the mall or back at the car.
- Questions go by email to sales@sealifeus.com; replies come Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
