Hours

Annie's Space open 7 am to 9 pm. Information Booths open 6 am to midnight.

Annie's Space, in MCO's words

“This room is intended for travelers with sensory sensitivities and their families. It provides a safe and calming environment to help manage sensory overload.”

The Sunflower lanyard “acts as discreet identification that the wearer, or their companion, has a hidden disability and might require additional assistance.” “Wearing a lanyard DOES NOT guarantee fast tracking through security or any preferential treatment.”

  • The room is before security in Terminal A, so you can use it before the checkpoint. If your flight leaves from another terminal, ask at an Information Booth how to get there and how long it takes.
  • The lanyard quietly lets staff know someone in your group may need more help. It doesn't move you to the front of the line, so plan your usual time for security.

Four things to know

  1. Room rules: no food or drinks, shoes on, no running or rough play, and children always with an adult.
  2. Sunflower lanyards are at the Information Booths in the terminals. Bring your boarding pass or itinerary.
  3. Adult changing tables are in all companion care restrooms.
  4. In Terminals A and B, there's no change of floor from check-in to the plane, and a train takes you to the gates.
