Hours
Hours change by day (in November, mostly 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays, 10 am to 8 pm on Saturdays and 11 am to 7 pm on Sundays), so check the aquarium's opening hours calendar for your date. Last entry is one hour before closing. Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

The Sensory & Nursing Room is for taking a sensory break or nursing a baby. It has a door code, posted on the aquarium's Sensory & Nursing Room page. If you have any issues while you're in the room, call the Manager on Duty at 442-232-5708.
SEA LIFE has partnered with KultureCity to provide a sensory friendly experience.
For a more relaxed visit with fewer crowds, the aquarium recommends weekday afternoons or evenings. Mornings, weekends and holidays tend to be busier, especially in school field trip seasons (typically September to mid-December and January to mid-May), and the attraction is busiest between 11 am and 3 pm.
The aquarium offers one discounted ticket for a non-parent caregiver who comes with a guest with a disability. Ask for the caregiver ticket at the box office when you arrive.

Admission starts from $19 per person online and $24 at the door, and varies by date and time; children 1 and under are free (staff add their ticket at the door if needed). Combo tickets: with Peppa Pig World of Play, $29 online; with LEGOLAND Discovery Center, from $29.99. The aquarium is cashless and limits how many people are inside at once, so booking online ahead is the best way to guarantee entry. To change your date, email DFW.Sales@MerlinEntertainments.biz with your order confirmation number at least 48 hours before your visit.
Parking is free at Grapevine Mills Mall. Park near Entry 5, next to the AMC Movie Theater and across from LEGOLAND Discovery Center.
There's no café inside; Grapevine Mills has a food court and restaurants for before or after your visit.
The aquarium is stroller accessible but can't store unused strollers, encourages leaving strollers in the car unless absolutely necessary, and doesn't recommend double strollers because of space. It doesn't rent wheelchairs; Grapevine Mills Mall rents them at Guest Services at Entry 1.
Not allowed: large bags or luggage (there's no storage), weapons including toy or replica guns, glass bottles, sharp objects, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades and drones. All items are subject to inspection.
Children under 16 must be with an adult 18 or older, and staff may ask for a photo ID to confirm age. The Children's Play Area is for kids 10 and under who are under 4'9" tall, and socks are required.
There are accessible restrooms and family restrooms with diaper-changing stations inside. Team members trained in first aid are always on site.
