Getting ready for a Denver Summit FC match at Centennial Stadium.

Women's pro soccer with sensory bags and noise-cancelling headphones to borrow at Guest Services, and staff trained in sensory needs awareness. There's no re-entry, so the breaks happen inside.

Sensory supports. Sensory bags and headphones to borrow.

Hours

Open for matches and events only. Gates usually open 90 minutes before kickoff, and the Fan Zone outside opens about 30 minutes before the gates.

13740 E Fremont Ave, Centennial 80112 (some maps show Englewood). It's not the Centennial Stadium in Littleton.

Sensory help, in the stadium's words

“Accessibility features include … sensory bags at Guest Services (SW corner), staff trained in sensory needs awareness, and accessible seating options distributed throughout the stadium.”

“Guests may check out a pair of noise-cancelling headphones at the Guest Services Booth located on the Main Concourse behind Section 112.”

“This event includes strobe lighting, flashing visual effects, and fireworks.”

  • The stadium doesn't list a sensory room, so the sensory bag and the headphones are the supports to plan around. Headphones are first come, first served, and a grown-up leaves a credit card or government ID until they're returned. Bring your own if your kid has a favorite pair.
  • If strobes, flashing lights or fireworks are hard for your kid, the stadium offers help with seating options at Guest Services.
  • No re-entry: once you leave, you can't come back in on the same ticket. Plan breaks inside.

Three things to know

  1. Sensory bags and noise-cancelling headphones at Guest Services, and staff trained in sensory needs awareness.
  2. Tickets are digital only, in the Denver Summit FC app. Kids 2 and under sit on a lap for free, and the stadium asks that kids under 14 come with an adult.
  3. Clear bags up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches, or a small bag up to 5 by 9 by 1. Diaper bags and medically needed bags are allowed after a search, and the child the diaper bag is for has to be there.

Seating options if strobes or fireworks are hard for your kid: ask at Guest Services, behind Section 112quiet zone
  • The stadium is cashless. Guest Services behind Section 112 can turn cash into a card.
  • No outside food or drink, except for medical needs. Each person can bring one empty reusable bottle, 32 oz or smaller, to fill at the water fountains. Some stands have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-avoiding options.
  • Free wristbands with a grown-up's contact information for kids, at Guest Services. Guest Services also helps with lost children.
  • First aid is on the West Concourse behind Section 106, near the Northwest Gate. The family restroom and a Mother's Room are behind Section 106 too.
  • Free stroller check outside the gates in the South Fan Zone. Strollers can't be left in an aisle or on stairs.
  • Section 114 is the standing-room supporters section, and only Section 114 tickets get in.
  • Players usually walk around the field after the match to thank fans and sign autographs.
  • Matches go on rain or shine.
  • To report a problem during a match quietly, text 720-650-2051.
