Home of the Texas Rangers in Arlington, with a staffed Sensory Room just inside the Toyota Southwest Entrance, KultureCity sensory bags with noise-canceling headphones, loaner headphones at three Guest Services spots, and outside food allowed in a clear bag.

“Located just inside the Toyota Southwest Entrance, across from Section 113, our Sensory Room provides a safe and quiet area where guests can decompress if they are starting to feel overwhelmed or overstimulated.”
“Guests can use the Sensory Room for up to 15 minutes, or longer if there is no other guest waiting to use the room.”
“Sensory bags are cleaned between uses and include noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, and a feeling thermometer.”
To use the Sensory Room, ask any Guest Services Representative, who will direct you there. A dedicated Guest Services Representative greets guests at the room and stays outside it to help.
The KultureCity sensory bags are at Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind Section 101. Noise cancelling headphones are there too, and also on the Suite Level just inside the Fifth Third Northeast Entry and on the Upper Concourse behind Section 228.

At Rangers games, children under 36 inches tall don't need a ticket if they sit on a ticket holder's lap (limitations apply). Tickets are mobile, in the MLB Ballpark app; print-at-home tickets and screenshots aren't accepted.
Re-entry: you can leave and come back in at any public entry from when doors open until the game starts. Once the game starts, re-entry is only at one door at the TXU North Entry on the Main Concourse and one door at the SeatGeek Southeast Entry on the Bailey & Galyen Suite Level. Tickets are scanned on the way out and you're screened again coming back in.
Bags at Rangers games: up to two soft-sided bags per person, each no bigger than 16 x 8 x 16 inches. Backpacks aren't allowed (including clear and small children's backpacks), except diaper, medical and Jr. Rangers backpacks that meet the size limit. For concerts and other events, the ballpark's A-to-Z Guide allows one bag per guest, no bigger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches, with exceptions for medical bags and diaper bags that go with infants and young children.
Food and water: one sealed, clear, quart-sized (or smaller) plastic bag of food and one sealed plastic bottle of non-flavored water smaller than 1 liter, per ticket. More exceptions are made for dietary concerns and infants. Coolers and noisemakers aren't allowed.
Strollers are welcome but can't block aisles or other guests; collapsible umbrella strollers can go under your seat. The ballpark is cashless.
Parking: lots are cashless, with a strict no in-and-out policy. ADA parking is first come, first served in all general admission Rangers lots, and you can't pick ADA parking when you buy online. A mobility assistance cart can be requested from any parking staff member.
A free accessible shuttle runs from the parking lots to the gates for the guest with the need and one other person, from when lots open (generally 30 minutes before gates open) until about 30 minutes after the game.
First Aid is behind Section 101 on the Main Concourse across from Guest Services, and behind Sections 203/204 on the Upper Concourse. Guest Services, which helps with lost children, is on the Lower Concourse at Section 3, the Main Concourse behind Section 101, the Bailey & Galyen Suite Level near the Fifth Third Northeast Entry, and the Upper Concourse at Section 228.
The Kids Zone, on the Centerfield Upper Concourse near Section 238, has a free wiffle ballpark and a mini playground with oversized baseball equipment to climb.
Outside the Rangers season, the ballpark hosts other events, like the Texas Christkindl Market and college baseball, on its events page.
