Hours
Open for games and events. At Cowboys games, the plazas, clubs and suites, and concourses open at least 2 hours before kickoff; opening times can change by event, so check your event page. The Ticket Office at Entry A is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with longer hours for some events.
“Sensory Rooms and decompression areas, available to all guests who may become overstimulated during an event.”
“Sensory Rooms are located within the South Main Club, behind Section 416, and behind Section 446, while the additional decompression spaces are located within the North Main Club.”
“Guest Services Booths assist guests with lost and found, lost children, stadium directions, emergencies, general information and accommodations for guests with disabilities.”
The South Main Club and North Main Club are club areas, and Club Seat Holders only have access to the Clubs they're ticketed for. To find out how to reach a Sensory Room with your ticket, call Guest Services at (817) 892-4161.
Guest Services Booths are on the concourse behind Sections 219, 244, 420 and 451. During an event you can also text (972) 945-3005 with your location and message to ask for help.
Lost children are taken to any Guest Services Booth, and the stadium can't make stadium-wide announcements for lost children. A free Safe-in-the-Seat wristband, with space for your seat and contact information, is at every Guest Services Booth.

Food items, bottles and cans are on the prohibited list, with exceptions for those with medical requirements and/or special needs, such as diaper bags. Noisemakers of any kind aren't allowed. The stadium is cashless.
Re-entry: for some events, you can leave through a designated EXIT gate, have your ticket scanned out, and come back in through security again. If your ticket isn't scanned out, you can't come back in on the same ticket.
Strollers are allowed if they don't block aisles or other guests. Smaller umbrella strollers can go under a seat; larger strollers can be checked at the concierge desk inside Entry E or K.

Parking lots generally open 5 hours before Cowboys games. Accessible spaces are first come, first served and need a valid pass for the lot plus a state-issued placard or plate. An accessibility shuttle runs from each lot for the guest who needs it and one companion; shuttle tents are near Entries A, D, J and G.
Drop-off zones are in Lot 1 off Randol Mill Road and in Lot 6 off Cowboys Way; after events, post-event traffic may block them for pick up. Rideshare this season is in Lot 15.
On Cowboys game days, the free Kids Zone in the AT&T East Plaza opens at least two hours before kickoff, with interactive games, inflatables, face painting and more (a game ticket is needed to enter the plaza).
