The sensory rooms, in SEA's words

“Sensory rooms are provided as a calming environment for those who may feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or find the need recenter from the multitude of sights and sounds of the airport travel experience.”

“These rooms are a shared amenity. Space is limited.”

  • The rooms are shared, so your kid may not have the room to themselves. It can help to say that before you open the door.
  • The airport's interactive map gives step-by-step directions to each room.
