Getting ready forUniversal Orlando: queue help and Quiet Rooms.
Universal Orlando offers queue help for guests whose disability makes long waits too hard. Register for an IBCCES Accessibility Card 48 hours to 30 days ahead, and a Universal team member contacts you about what queue help may fit. There are Quiet Rooms at Universal Studios Florida and Epic Universe.
“Universal Orlando provides reasonable accommodation to Guests whose disability prevents them from waiting for extended periods in attraction and haunted house queues.”
“IBCCES does not require or ask Guests to disclose their medical or psychological diagnosis or condition.”
The Quiet Room at Universal Studios Florida “offers a quiet and low-stimulation space for Guests. It is equipped with rubber floor tiles, an activity wall panel, dimming lights, and two hiding tunnels.”
The card doesn't promise a particular kind of help; a Universal accessibility team member contacts you about what fits. If you can't register ahead, call (407) 224-4233 or (833) 892-4365.
Quiet Rooms don't take reservations. Wait until the room is empty, and Universal asks guests to keep to about 30 minutes.
Register for the IBCCES Individual Accessibility Card at AccessibilityCard.org, 48 hours to 30 days ahead.
Every ride has a re-entry process: one guest, or a guest with a companion, can step out of a line for a break and rejoin their group. Check in with a Team Member at the front of the ride.
Quiet Rooms are at Universal Studios Florida and Epic Universe.

An Attractions Assistance Pass lives in your Universal account in the Universal app. Without a phone that runs the app, go to Guest Services for another way.
At Volcano Bay, an Attractions Assistance Pass comes as a wristband with a QR code from Guest Services.
The Planning Guide for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities covers each park's rides, areas with fewer people or good distractions, and dining.
Universal also has a Sensory Guide for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities, linked from its accessibility page.
Guests who only need their mobility device don't need the card or the pass; the ride lines are accessible.
